In the fall of 2020 the Multicultural Autism Action Network (MAAN) embarked on a project to address stigma around disability in multicultural communities. We knew we wanted to use social media to tell our personal stories, but had no idea how to get where we wanted to go.
Vidguru provided the map. Vidguru provided instructional videos, coaching, story telling expertise, technical support, constructive criticism and trouble-shooting when we needed it. Vidguru not only had the skill set we needed to complete the project, but also truly understood our organization and what we were trying to accomplish. With Vidguru’s help, our team produced a series of videos that far surpassed our expectations and sparked some incredible conversations about disability in our respective communities.
It has been a pleasure partnering with Emily on a variety of projects. She is a strong communicator; skilled, responsive, efficient, and reliable. Emily offers clear and direct feedback to improve the quality of products and enhance results. We have been pleased with her guidance, especially her ability to use a creative lens and adapt content for our specific audience at the Center. From animated videos to podcasts, we are grateful for the opportunity to work with Emily and VIDGURU staff!

Working with VIDGURU was an absolute breeze. We did several interviews with different members of the community in a range of settings, and the VIDGURU team was able to make each shoot a success despite scheduling changes, location and sound difficulties, and limited timeframes. I highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a stress-free shooting experience.
